Cancellation Policy
Your patronage is so greatly appreciated and as your hairstylist I will always strive to provide the highest level of service and care to you.
As I am an independent Hair Stylist and not a salaried employee of Canvas Hair Co, my schedule and appointments are the means of financial support for my family.
My schedule is usually planned out multiple weeks in advance and that makes it hard to fill last minute cancellations.
Primary Services:
-When you book you will be asked to place a card on file to secure your appt. (You will not be charged)
-If a change is necessary I require a minimum of 24 hours notification.
-If the change happens under 24hrs a cancellation fee of half the service will be charged.
-If the client is a no show on the service then 100% of the service will be charged.
Extension Services:
-All previous guidelines apply except the following
-Extension appt changes require a 48hr notification. (Extensions require a larger portion of a work day and it is not possible to recoup the time in 24hrs)
-If the change happens under 48hrs a cancellation fee of half the service will be charged.
-If the client is a no show on the service then 100% of the service will be charged.
